    i had heard about this and checked out my containers and threw alot of them away and replaced them with better ones

    I saw a documentary years ago about breast cancer research, and in it they were talking about this same thing.

    During an experiment they were getting reading of a synthetic estrogen where they shouldn’t be any. Turns out it was the plastic tubing. After it reached a certain temp it began leeching out this chemical quite similar to the manufactured estrogen…and we all know what kind of problems that can cause.

    I haven’t microwaved plastic since.
