Food as Medicine
Here’s a three hour documentary worth watching about a guy diagnosed with Non-Hodgkin’s Lymphoma and who turned his life around by eating nutrient dense foods. His story is compelling because he fought with the oncologists not to be another “guinea pig” on drugs. He goes into depth about how doctors “cooked” the numbers and make it sound like a drug is successful when it’s not. There is some truth to this documentary because I know a farmer whose mother was diagnosed with Non-Hodgkin’s Lymphoma and got cured by eating properly.
Please note that I’m not saying that the doctors were wrong. There are some good doctors out there. Doctors come from different schooling, and different schools teach them different things. They themselves do not agree among each other. When it comes to your own health, keep in mind that you can’t believe everything you hear or read. When the media flashes this is not safe to eat, question why. Was the study done on animals or on humans? How big was the study, etc? For example, humans can safely eat chocolate, but chocolate is poisonous to dogs. Just because a study works on rats does not mean it will work on humans.
