- One cup of blueberries yields just 80 calories.

I didn’t know they counted as so many servings of fruit. Will definitely have to get some. I’ll have to learn how to like them.
thanks for the info..Wow! I knew blue berries were great antioxidants, but didn’t know that like cranberries they were good UTI protection. I take cranberry supplements because of this issue. I also didn’t know they counted as 4 fruit servings. WOW!
