1)  Most honey bees are fed with a mixture of pollen substitute with at least 50% corn syrup.
2)   There is no such thing as raw honey in liquid form because all liquid honey has to be slightly heated in order to pour into jars.

3)  The darkness of honey does not necessary indicate more antioxidant.  Flower petals come in different colors.

4)  Honey is actually bee “vomit”.   It’s not because the bees are ill, but because that’s how their digestive systems work.   They “vomit” instead of “poop” honey out.
