Here are some food news that may be of interest to you:

1)  Did you know that corn syrup is added to honey?  Corn syrup is what makes you gain weight faster.

2)  If you are a vegetarian or vegan who relies on nutritional yeast for your B12, better find an alternative source.  Two tablespoons of nutritional yeast only fulfills 5% of your daily requirement.

We make new blood every 120 days, and B12 is necessary to produce healthy blood.  B12 also prevents a motor control disease called ataxia (poor coordination, ie.  can’t touch the nose).

3) Mott is “watering down” apple juice by 50%.   This means instead of getting 100% juice, you are now getting only 50% juice.
