Healthy Candy for Sweetheart
Unlike refined sugar, dates have some fiber and trace minerals. It’s a “healthier” alternative to candy and quite easy to make. Enjoy!
1) Pit some dates.
2) Optional: Stuff the date with a piece of nut, ie. almond are walnuts are good choices.
3) Roll them in either chopped nuts or unsweetened coconuts.

That’s a great idea and they look yummy!
